SIDONIE
SIDONIE
[breadcrumb]
My painting,
as well as texts that I write are inspired by urban segments, the corners of streets that I had a message to convey, that I’ve found myself in. I saw written on a wall in Mulhouse: Sidonia. Since then, this word became the leitmotif of the work I’ve done during my stay in Mulhouse. This name shows very well my place: I am in between the mother of the writer Sidonie Colette and Sidonia – the daughter of the Romanian Gypsies.
